The company was founded in pre-independent India in 1946 by Hasanally Mohammedally Habib, Saifuddin Habib & Huseni Mulla Gulam Ali.

Our Managing Director Mr. Iqbal Patel Chairman of Arbitration committee of Eastern India Ball Bearing Merchant association (EIBBMA), Special Invitee member of Confederation of West Bengal Trade Association (CWBTA), founder member of Calcutta Chamber of Trade Association, Past President of Eastern India Ball Bearing Merchant Association for two consecutive years, Past Vice President of All India Ball Bearing Merchant Association. In the year 1996 – 97 Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) for eastern region awarded him for his outstanding performance as the Top Exporter of Steel presented by Shri K. V.
