Compressed air has the potential to be extremely dangerous, so companies should always try and minimize their use, particularly for cleaning and dedusting operations. In summary, the Cleaning Station’s performance is:
Safer. The Cleaning Station produces high volume, low-pressure air (2.3PSIG/63In.Swg) which poses no threat to personal safety and is OSHA compliant.
Lower noise emissions. With levels below 78dB(A) the Cleaning Station is typically quieter than most compressed air nozzle arrangements.
Cost-effective. Blower powered air produced by the Cleaning Station typically costs less than 10% of the equivalent compressed air generation.
WARNING:Please note that the removal of debris and contaminants will produce airborne dust. This dust could be hazardous and present an inhalation risk to the user. Exposure to hazardous dust should be adequately controlled in line with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH). We recommend that users implement suitable and adequate engineering controls for the airborne dust released such as extraction and the use of a downflow booth, respiratory protective equipment (RPE) and PPE. Users must wear appropriate eye, ear and respiratory protection at all times whilst operating the JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station.
The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station is compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) when used in conjunction with the OSHA compliant chip guard which is available to customers.

The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Booth is a self-contained, semi-automatic, de-dusting system that removes, extracts and collects dust and debris from employees' dirty work clothes.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use (with additional covers), this stand-alone system provides a quick and effective method for cleaning dusty clothes.
Jetblack Safety Personnel Cleaning BoothThe JetBlack Safety Personnel Cleaning Booth is a self-contained, free-standing de-dusting system that is highly effective for removing, extracting and collecting dust and debris from employees' dirty work clothes. The Cleaning Booth incorporates the JetBlack Safety blower-powered personnel Cleaning Station. This unit delivers a high volume of filtered air at low pressure, sufficient to remove powders and dust effectively and more safely than compressed air alternative systems. In operation, the integrated Cleaning Station is used by Booth occupants to dislodge all dust and fibres. These are then drawn down and away from occupants through a grille floor by a vacuum effect created by an external blower. All removed materials are either collected in an H14 HEPA extractor or can be vented directly into a client’s existing exhaust system.

This is a mobile cyclone dust extractor that is quiet in operation and can capture dust of 0.3 micrometres (µm) in diameter.
Where an existing extraction system may already be installed, we can offer a powerful centrifugal extraction fan unit. Please note that no filtration is supplied with this option.
